Rest & Restore Yoga Class - Mon 7:15pm
This is a regular weekly class on Monday's 7:15pm-8:15pm at my Home Studio in Redcar (address confirmed upon booking).
Reset & Restore is a nourishing blend of somatic movement, restorative yoga, and guided meditation—designed to help you release, unwind, and return to yourself.
We begin with gentle somatic practices such as tapping (EFT), acupressure techniques, intuitive movement, and breath awareness. These practices help awaken the body, release stored stress and emotions, and create space for stillness.
You’ll then settle into restorative yoga postures using the provided blankets, cushions, straps, blocks, and bolsters to support your body in complete comfort and rest.
As the body softens and the nervous system begins to downshift, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation through meditation—helping the mind quieten and the body’s natural healing processes take over.
This class is a weekly opportunity to prioritise your wellbeing and feel grounded, restored, and reset.

Important Information:
Please arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, if you arrive earlier than this you may need to wait outside as there is no waiting area.
24 hours notice required to transfer your booking to another date. No refunds are available for no shows or cancellations.
Should I need to cancel the class, you will be notified by email and/or text - please ensure you check for updates up to 1 hour prior to the class.
This yoga class is suitable for all levels, there will be variations given for anyone with injuries or other limitations. You must be in good health and sign a health declaration prior to participating in the class.
This is an adults only class, aged 16+
All equipment is provided, however feel free to bring your own if you would prefer.
Please wear appropriate, none restrictive clothing e.g. gym wear. I suggest bringing layers so you can adapt to your changing body temperature throughout the class.
