I support busy women who are craving more ease, energy, and intention — but who feel stuck in the cycle of burnout, “shoulds,” and all-or-nothing routines.

✨ Why I Do This

This work is personal for me.

I’ve been where you are — stretched too thin, second-guessing my choices, and just trying to keep up. It wasn’t until I hit pause and started living with more intention that things shifted. Slowly, I built sustainable habits, simplified my space, and started nourishing myself in every sense of the word — physically, emotionally, spiritually.

That journey led me to create the Intentional Living Formula — my signature framework that helps women like you make small, meaningful changes that stick.

Now, I help others find their own version of that balance. One that’s not about hustle, pressure, or perfection — but about presence.

👩‍🍳 And yes… I’m obsessed with the Thermomix.

Adding Thermomix to my work just made sense. It’s more than just a kitchen appliance — it’s a tool that makes eating well easier, more creative, and honestly… fun again.

  • I’m always learning — currently diving deeper into nutrition and holistic health
