Online Yoga Class - Mon 6pm
This is a regular weekly class on Monday's 6pm-7pm that is held online via Google Meet (link confirmed upon booking).

Each class is thoughtfully themed around the the full moon and its unique influence for that month. These classes will guide you to connect with nature’s rhythms for a more intentional practice.

24 hours notice required to transfer your booking to another date. No refunds are available for no shows or cancellations.
Should I need to cancel the class, you will be notified by email and/or text - please ensure you check for updates up to 1 hour prior to the class.
This yoga class is suitable for all levels, there will be variations given for anyone with injuries or other limitations. You must be in good health and sign a health declaration prior to participating in the class.
This is an adults only class, aged 16+
Please wear appropriate, none restrictive clothing e.g. gym wear. I suggest wearing layers so you can adapt to your changing body temperature throughout the class.
Helpful Information for Your Online Yoga Class
You don’t need a Google account to join the class on Google Meet—just click the link provided.
Your camera doesn’t need to be on, so you can practice comfortably in your own space.
Everyone (except myself) will be muted during the class to create a distraction-free environment.
What You’ll Need
No special equipment required!
A yoga mat is recommended but you can use a towel on a carpeted surface instead.
Books instead of yoga blocks.
A scarf, belt, or dressing gown tie instead of a yoga strap.
Pillows or rolled-up blankets instead of a bolster etc.
Create Your Sacred Space
Set up a calm area for your practice, no matter how small.
Communicate with household members to minimise interruptions—or invite them to join!
Consider enhancing the atmosphere with:
Lighting a candle or burning incense/sage.
Applying essential oils for relaxation.
Adjusting or dimming the lighting.
Turning your phone to Do Not Disturb mode.
Playing relaxing music to set the tone.

Please join promptly—there will be 5 minutes at the start for everyone to settle in, grab props, and set intentions before we begin.
