Breathe & Flow Yoga Class - Fri 9:30am
This is a regular weekly class on Friday's 9:30am-10:30am at my Home Studio in Redcar (address confirmed upon booking).
This class is a mix of hatha and vinyasa yoga with a focus on connection to our breath.
Throughout the class you will be given accessible alignment cues and modifications to encourage a deeper awareness of your body and it's capabilities within a supportive environment.

Important Information:
Please arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, if you arrive earlier than this you may need to wait outside as there is no waiting area.
24 hours notice required to transfer your booking to another date. No refunds are available for no shows or cancellations.
Should I need to cancel the class, you will be notified by email and/or text - please ensure you check for updates up to 1 hour prior to the class.
This yoga class is suitable for all levels, there will be variations given for anyone with injuries or other limitations. You must be in good health and sign a health declaration prior to participating in the class.
This is an adults only class, aged 16+
All equipment is provided, however feel free to bring your own if you would prefer.
Please wear appropriate, none restrictive clothing e.g. gym wear. I suggest bringing layers so you can adapt to your changing body temperature throughout the class.
