They also allow you, and me as your teacher, to focus solely on your body and the classes will be tailored to your needs, abilities and goals.

Important Information:
Begins on the date of the class pack purchase. Valid for 6 weeks.
Once purchased, the four class credits can be used to book a 1:1 yoga class at a date and time of your choosing (subject to availability). Please email hello@leannelent.com to discuss.
Please arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, if you arrive earlier than this you may need to wait outside as there is no waiting area.
24 hours notice is required to transfer your booking to another date. No refunds are available for no shows or cancellations.
Should I need to cancel the class, you will be notified by email and/or text - please ensure you check for updates up to 1 hour prior to the class.
You must be aged 16+, in good health and sign a health declaration prior to attending.
All equipment is provided, however feel free to bring your own if you would prefer.
Please wear appropriate, none restrictive clothing e.g. gym wear. I suggest bringing layers so you can adapt to your changing body temperature throughout the class.
