Hey, we’re Lea & Tim 👋

We created Strength Through Range after years in the wellness space - coaching, teaching, and navigating our own challenges with burnout, injury, autoimmune disease, anxiety, and low energy.

What we noticed? Most programs only work when life is easy.

So we built something that still works when it’s not.
